Your funds, held at Tashi Bank

Payments arrive in the platform's settlement account at Tashi Bank, then pay out to your verified bank account.

Every figure reconciles

Balances are derived from the ledger, not stored beside it. The sum of the entries is the balance, always.

Nothing is converted here

An invoice is paid in the currency it was issued in, Ngultrum or US dollars. Any exchange happens at the payment provider, before the money reaches the platform.

What it does

TBank Merchant is invoicing and collection for merchants in Bhutan. You raise an invoice, share a pay link, and your customer pays through a payment provider.

Payments arrive in the platform's settlement account at Tashi Bank. Your share is allocated and paid to your verified bank account on the settlement cycle.

Platform fee 1%

Taken from the gross and shown next to it. The amount is frozen on the allocation; the rate is never recomputed later.

  • Invoices

Numbered per workspace, issued once, and never renumbered. Tax lines, discounts and part payments all land on the same document.

  • The counter

A till session for over-the-counter sales: open a drawer, take cash or card, close and count. A double-tap cannot sell the same thing twice.

  • Recurring

Schedules that prepare a draft on the day they are due. Pause one and it keeps its place; end one and it stops for good.

  • Statement

What was received, what is held, what was paid out and why — with the fee beside the gross it came from.

How it works

Four stops from an invoice to money in your account. Each one leaves a record you can read.

Where your money is held. Tashi Bank is the custodian. Payments arrive in the platform's settlement account at Tashi Bank before being paid to your verified merchant bank account.

  1. You issue an invoice

It gets its number, a pay link and a PDF. Send it from here or send the link yourself.

  2. Your customer pays

They pay through the payment provider. The money arrives in the platform account, with the payment recorded against your invoice.

  3. It is allocated to you

An accountant runs the cycle. Your gross, the fee and your net are recorded together as one ledger movement.

  4. The bank pays your account

Payout goes to your verified bank account, with the bank's reference on the batch and on every allocation in it.

What it costs

Plans differ by what they do, never by how much you invoice. There is no cap on invoices, customers or items on any plan, including the free one.

Prices are per workspace. Changing plan keeps anything an owner granted you by hand.

How it is guarded

Six things the system refuses to do, whoever asks.

  • Every write is registered

A handler that changes anything must declare who may call it and what it accepts. One that does not stops the server from starting, so an unprotected endpoint cannot reach production.

  • The ledger reconciles

Entries are append-only and a correction is a reversing entry, never an edit. A gate re-derives every balance in SQL and refuses the build if one disagrees.

  • Probes are banned on sight

Nothing here serves PHP, XML or a .env file. An address that asks for one is blocked on the first attempt, with no grace and no second chance.

  • Workspaces cannot see each other

Every query is scoped to the workspace you are in, and the tests that prove it try to read across the boundary rather than assuming.

  • Forms are protected

Cross-site request forgery protection on every form, breach-checked passwords, and a per-address limit on sign-in attempts.

  • Your documents stay yours

Identity documents are reachable only through a signed link that expires. They are kept while the account exists and deleted with it.

Start invoicing

Create the account, name your workspace, send the first invoice. The free plan does all of that.
